the location was ABSOLUTELY perfect right on the beach. i moved from the villa to a room on the upper floor because the villa bathroom was open air. the second-floor room HAS a amazing view of the beach! the staff across all services provided were great. juma, the manager, was super hands-on.

the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the presentation wasn't particularly appealing. the service sometimes seemed unmotivated. every morning of my stay, i was asked how i wanted my coffee, even though the hotel had very few guests!

Staff provided prompt assistance and showed genuine care. I felt very welcomed. reception offered quick check-in, and the concierge helped me arrange local tours! waitstaff provided attentive service during meals.

the hotel features a clean outdoor pool with sun loungers and umbrellas! the gardens are well kept and create a serene environment. there is free wi-fi available throughout the hotel, and it worked flawlessly.

my room included a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and a private balcony. the air conditioning was effective, and the room remained cool! housekeeping ensured the room was clean, and the mini-fridge was very convenient.
